First comes the urgent. After a quick analysis of your status quo, an assessment of the situation and an exploration of the options, we will efficiently and effectively clarify and bring about the necessary decisions, with the involvement of your loyal supporters and possibly your tax adviser in order to get through the crisis with the right steps. 

Suppose there already is a "fire", however it is still reasonably possible to salvage what remains. We would immediately try to bring the fire under control and to extinguish it. Otherwise, we would pursue alternatives, a plan B. There are always ways forward!

Second, comes the important. After a well-founded evaluation of your situation; the figures, business models and determining factors - (a shaking inventory, so to speak) - the next step is to evaluate the opportunities and possibilities. It is now a matter of transforming an upheaval into an awakening! Because of an above-average change, a specific repositioning and, consequently, significant growth has already been made possible in the past precisely through crises. The goal should not be to return to the old status quo simply but to rethink many things, perhaps everything — significantly how to reposition your business to achieve the most effective customer value, sustainability and resilience.
